Smart view

Hi

My account went live end of December 2024

VM WiFi hub5X-XGS.   M250--M350 Volt speed boost

Before that I was with talktalk

I have samsung smart TV/tablet/phone

No problem using smart view from tablet/phone to TV

Now on virgin media my TV is is not being recognised when trying to use smart view 

Tv/tablet/phone are all linked to V/Media and all working fine

But not smart view 

I have switched off/reset all devices including router

Any help/tips please
