I am currently a virgin tv and broadband customer. Have been for over 20 years, however, i believe my old ntl email account has been deleted. I just need access to emails from 2009 upto 2012. How can this be achieved if the @ntlworld.com address has been deleted. I am pulling my hair out even though i am completely bold.

What happens if you send an email to the old ntlworld email address?
Does it send back an undeliverable message or does it appear to go through with no error messages back?

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums, sorry to hear of the issues that you are facing with your emails. If you have had confirmation that the email address and the associated mailbox with that email address has been deleted there will be no possibility of bringing back that mailbox to access it.
Can you please confirm if this is the case?
Have you setup the new VMO2ID user account yet? What makes you think the mailbox is deleted?

Yes i was told over the phone that the email account has been deleted. However, when i send a random email to that account its goes through without error message. Could the account still be live. If so could a tech support person look into it for me please. I just need emails from that address from jan 2009 until dec 2012.

You say you are a VM customer and have been for 20 years? Is this NTL mailbox the same one you have used for all this time? If so it should still be active. Can you clarify please.
Hi. The ntlwordl email account switched over and then we switched to a gmail address. There may have been a month ee tried another provider then switched back beforre cooling off period. The email adress seems to be still live. Just delete d apparently by vm
Forum TeamSadly, osharif509, there would be no way to reactivate an email that has since been deleted if you had cancelled with us and then re-joined at a later date.
Emailed are removed from service within 90 days of the account disconnecting. Any emails that are not removed are known as orphaned emails and may be deleted when the systems are swept for any email accounts not linked to an active broadband service.
