MultiRoom Live View

I have been with VM since November,  when the engineer fitted my multiroom box,  he couldn't wire it in because the access to the room was over a flat roof and he said he wasn't allowed to cross it. 

This left us with a multiroom box that you can't watch live sport on (the main thing it's used for). The engineer showed us we could record and watch almost live, although that means no swapping between live games.

The engineer told us to ask for a new box that could stream into a second room for ni extra cost, however nobody online has been able to help.
