I got a great offer from BRSK, twice the speed [a phone package], same package as Virgin but almost £30 a month cheaper.
I cant leave just yet as i have a few more months on contract as they will pay for several months to encourage me to leave! So i rang the number today, a scottish guy answered and after i explained the situation, about 3 minutes worth he said i wont take up any more of your time and put the phone down on me.
It seems what i have been reading recently about rude unhelpful staff seems to be true, maybe its because they know they cant compete and aren't top dog anymore. If Hyperoptic get here they will have some competition.
