How long does Virgin Media usually take to fix outages?
The wifi is down in my area, we're in a rural part of cornwall and I was wondering how long on average virgin take to fix their outages?

You will not get an answer from VM, they never publish any figures like that. You have a residential contract with no SLA, it get fixed os soon as it’s fixed. If you want an SLA you have to have a business account.
