Re: no sim card nearly 18 months?

 


i have had a volt bundle that i took out in june 23rd 2023

i have also been using an o2 sim pay as you go sim card ,for many years before i went onto the virgin-media volt bundle, then i took out an o2 contract on that sim card and merged the number to my new o2 contract,  then a month later i took out the virgin-media volt bundle ,i then received my hardware and my o2 sim card ,but accidently merged the tel number on the new the o2 card sim card from virgin media to my old sim card ,so that took away the new sim card number and merged the o2 number i was already paying for,so since june 23rd 2023 i have been paying for two o2 sim card and i have only had one to use and thats a lot of money for only one sim card where there should be 2 sim cards ...please can an admin help me here.money works out at well over £100 for something i have not got...please are there any admins that can help me with this simple error

    Hey kulunk_64, thank you for reaching out and I am sorry to hear this.

    Unfortunately anything to with O2 we cannot assist as we don't have access to there systems sorry.

    I would advise calling O2 on 0344 809 0202
