Re: Loss of Email - F010762348

Although I'm aware of there being an issue yesterday. Do I assume that it was resolved and it is an isolated issue with my own accounts. 

I am able to send emails out from my 2 ntlworld.com accounts but not receive any. I am also unable to use Webmail as it doesn't populate. 

Any help please?

    You can do nothing but wait.

    Browser for blueyonder seems to be OK, but virginmedia is showing the same bunch of emails repeated over and over again dozens if not hundreds of times which indicate they were 'received' two or three every second.  PC client still not working for either.

    My phone, tablet and Outlook PC client app are all down for Virgin accounts, and have been since yesterday 19/06/23 No Webmail either - can't find my account!! Some pretty significant event has hit the mail service 😞

    Never assume!  I can send emails from my ntlworld account and just now I am getting some emails (mainly post notifications from this Board)  but a couple of test emails sent from other accounts have not come through - so I think we can say patchy is the best description at the moment.
