Re: Negotiated new price but not being honoured by VM

Having renegotiated a price and eventually (after hours of painful effort) got VM to honour our contract, the new price has still failed to appear on our account and alas, the nightmare continues. Our account has not been updated with the new amount and worse, it appears that the only action taken by VM when we renegotiated our account in August was the activation of a new sim card which we did not ask for, nor require, nor receive (there was a free sim card with the package we already had). To add further insult to injury, it would appear that VM charged us for this  but failed to notify us or bill us; subsequently, this has now negatively impacted on our otherwise flawless credit rating and appears impossible to resolve. Further, this sim card and subsequent £45 debt has now been sold to a credit company. I fear the only option now available to us is legal action and promotion of this outrageous, illegal selling practice through Martin Lewis in order to resolve our situation and to prevent others facing this same despicable sequence of events!
