Re: Loss of Email - F010762348

Despite having had a message last Thursday from Axel Wehrle, stating that my historic emails had been restored, I still have nothing further back than 20th June. I have several years of important emails currently lost. So much for a paperless society!  
is anybody still making an attempt to solve this problem or am I left on the shelf?
