I have had the same issue with nearly all my Sent items disappearing. I think this is after the outage last week.
Worse still I see Virgin have no help line for email - see https://www.virginmedia.com/help.
Is this a service they do not care about? Some response from Virgin would be much appreciated. I'm happy to leave you for a competitor if you want - and take my phone and broadband accounts with me.
Oh - just realised it's my inbox too. Anything before 19 June has gone.
