Latest update for TV 360 (update 5.02)

Im the swansea ,ive noticed the pixelation issue on tv in my living room for the last week or  ,where it would happen every couple of minutes, ive unplugged and reinstalled hdmi to no avail..tv upstairs I've now noticed the pixelation taking place far more frequently, what was once a flawless service is now a real pain.

Hoping it gets sorted soon dont really fancy calling faults team

Yes noticed it a few days ago and seemingly getting worse as each day goes by (and I'm now noticing it).  In County Durham area and the service status is reporting problem as well so it looks like VM are aware of it.  It may be coincidental but I'm also wondering about the software update - am on VM 360 box.  Probably happening with all channels - well it was happening with Litvinenko (ITV1) and looked on BBC news and the same happening.

Same as some of the above. 360 box. Pixelation occurring on a very regular basis now. Has been happening on and off over the last few weeks but is now almost unbearable. Tired of the constant drop in what used to be a great service. 

Same here in Liverpool and the TV360 box constantly disconnects from the hub an d takes an age to reconnect. No match for my old Sky Q box and very difficult to reach anyone to help. 

We’re having exact same issues here in Thurrock Essex I’m trying to watch the England game but the pixelation on the screen is so Annoying, the virginmedia service is getting so bad over the years every day there an issue with either the WiFi or the v6 boxes. Rant over 

We've been having the same problem for weeks now too. Also we've had no email all day. Keep changing the time to when the estimated time of solving  the problem will occur. Problems also with access to some channels and told won't be solved until next week! It's a joke

I’m having exactly the same problem. It’s been happening for a couple of weeks now but it is getting worse every day.

Is this update whats causing all the pixelation issues across the uk? Had this issue for a few weeks now and looking at all the posts in the forum its not a localised issue.
