Order wifi pod for spotty service in townhouse
We live in a 3 storey town house, On the 3rd floor our wifi reception is really spotty and sometimes will cut out while other times it runs full speed. The app is refusing to let me order my free pod(s) by not even giving me the option for it eventhough we are on a volt 350 pack. Is there any other way of ordering the pod(s) that doesn't involve the phone. Thanks in advance
