I received a survey link from VM followig a visit from a techician - that link doesn't work. Had a phone call (one time offer) negotiate changes to my contract and the price going up to 125 from 117 (i am actually paying 109) plus the O2 cost of 31 pounds as part of Volt Shall i just ignore this, as I have 5 months left on my contract) Difficult to understand on the phone so asked her to phone back in 24 hours.
