Registering an account is crashing
Hi, Since becoming a new virgin media broadband customer last month, I have been unable to register and account. I have used multiple devices, cleared my cache/cookies and tried incognito mode and nothing has worked. When I try to register my account and enter a password, the website gets stuck in a 'registering loop' (I've heard on other posts support mention this, and that it needs an IT ticket to be fixed). Then it'll just try to register an account, but hang until the browser crashes. Weirdly enough I get the 'Welcome to eBilling email' but nothing else, I cannot log in with the account or try to reset my password. Please can someone assist me with this? I've been trying for the past month to create an account. I've been through multiple Live Chat sessions to no avail - I have always just been linked back to the register page that crashes for me.
