Can’t enter a “valid” email address on sign in
When I try to sign in to my Virgin Media account with my email address I get an error message saying, “Please enter a valid email address”. If I use the “Forgot your email address” tool then the email address it displays is the one that you’re telling me isn’t valid! So now I can’t access my account. What am I supposed to do? PS. Can’t search for tags on Safari mobile, and Safari desktop displays the message, “Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access url”, which is why I’m using mobile. Is anybody at VM actually checking that these things actually work?Solved1.7KViews1like68CommentsNew customer - unable to link/ create account.
I recently signed up for VM broadband and wanted to create an account. The process started fine — when I clicked “register,” it redirected me to Virgin Media O2. So far, so good. But then it asked me to link my account. I entered all the required details, but it said a different email was associated with the account. That’s completely incorrect — I received all my contract emails at this address and I don’t use any other email. I tried entering the same email again, hoping it would connect, but instead it said the email didn’t match and warned me I had only 3 attempts left (very strange). I then clicked on “Forgot email” to see what email they were referring to for my VM account. The page bizarrely showed “[Object:Object]” as my email, which obviously isn’t helpful. I called VM, and they advised me to wait 3 Days and try again, as their team was working on it. I waited and tried, but the issue still remains. How to access the account, I also need to use that with MY VM app. Please help. Kind regards R Arora65Views0likes1Comment
