Most RecentMost ViewedMost LikesBilling up to 18 Months Is it possible to get my bills older than 12 months? i would need up to 18 months of standard copy bills. i called and had multiple different people tell me different things and i am still needing my older bills. Switch to ebilling I am unable to switch to ebilling using my online account. I have tried following the online guides but I cannot find a way of doing this myself. I see on here that others have had similar problems, and have needed VM to make this change at their end.
