Emails going to old email address
I created my account with an email address that I no longer use. I changed this a long time ago and get emails such as my bills due etc to my current email address but when I get important emails such as terms and conditions, contract/pre contract content it’s all going to the original email address that was used to create the account. I have already spoke to support via live chat and they told me it was fixed but I received an important update about me re contracting and it went to the old email address again. I am trying to totally close the old email address down but I can’t because of this issue. How do I get this issue fixed if support tells me it’s fixed but the issue is still an active issue that’s not fixed?16Views0likes1Comment
