Contract not being honoured.
I signed up for Virgin media online for £28.99 a month, they sent the paperwork through with pre contract all for that price then when it came to paying them they stated it's £66 a month. I started a chat with them on my Virgin media help and support and they said that didn't go through but they can give me a deal of £55 a month but won't honour the £28.99. Tried to call them but couldn't get through to a person. Just batted around bot to bot.
