Can't login into my account...
When I try to log in to the app/website, I enter my email, but instead of asking me for my password, it immediately says, “We’ve sent you an email with a link.” The problem is I never receive that email. Yes, I’ve checked my spam folder, tried different browsers and devices, and so on, but I always get the same result and no email ever arrives. Live chat support isn’t helping; they keep assuming I need to reset my password, but I’ve explained that isn’t the issue and it doesn’t fix the problem. I’ve never had this happen before. Normally I just enter my email and password and it logs me in. All I want is to be able to access my account. Please help!Solved30Views0likes1Comment
