Homeworks Not Requested
Are you able to help me have Homeworks removed from my account? Payment request by VM for the Homeworks is £9.99 per month --- but I have never requested it! I understand that Homeworks is optional and I had never heard of it before let alone asked for it. Please help, if you are able. Thank you.Received an email from Virgin Media Homeworks.
