Activate eBilling - cannot set it up and keep being charged £1.75 even after live chat says its fixed
Getting really annoyed with this issue - i keep getting paper bills with the "admin" charge of £1.75 - i cannot select eBilling in my account, only option available includes post/phone/email all on one tab. Contacted customer care and they said it was all sorted and i will now have eBilling - next bill comes by post and they wont even refund the charges. If you are doing this to millions of customers you are making a fortune.....can someone from VM please sort this and refund the charges? Andy194Views0likes3Comments
