Switch to eBilling (New customer)
Hello, I am a new customer of Virgin Media. Just like so many other people recently on this forum, I have just received my first bill and there is a £1.75 charge for paper billing. I never requested paper billing nor have I received a paper bill. In My Virgin Media account, under Communication Preference it shows "eBills / Email / Text" which I believe it means I should have eBilling already activated. Therefore, I would like to request a refund of the £1.75 and for someone to double check that I do actually have eBilling active. Many thanks, Gavin896Views0likes2Comments
