Problems downgrading my package
I have a television + broadband + telephone deal, up for renewal July the 17th I wish to remove the television part of the deal, to make do with Freeview Dialling 150 is not helpful . They are unable to offer me a broadband + phone only deal as displayed on the VirginMedia website that is being offered to new customers … on the basis that I am an existing customer Any advice will be gratefully received58Views0likes5Comments
