Grey Box Installed, destroying property
Hello, Virgin media came and installed a grey box right by my front door, they came on to my property without consent to do this. As a result pictures and ornaments hung from the other side of the wall have fallen and smashed. I am extremely upset that one they have trespassed on to my property and two they have destroyed sentimental belongings. I have requested the box to be removed and damage where possible made right, yet have heard nothing. They do not seem to care at all about what they have done, including legal issues such has trespassing and destruction of property. has anyone had similar experiences? any advice? we are not customers of virgin media. nor will we ever be after all of this. further more, we are the owners of the property. thank you
