Cold calling telephone call
I’ve had 2 calls claiming to be from Virgin Media, on both occasions the call quality was very poor. I did not engage but told them that I did not believe they were from VM. Has anyone else received any cold calls? I was under the impression that VM do not just call people out of the blue, is this right?
