Cancel WiFi?
Hi all, after being with Virgin Media with little apparent issue for some time, the quality of service lately has dropped dramatically. Our connection is constantly cutting out and when it is connected, it is slow and barely functioning. Today, the router has now decided to create a new connection (adding EXT to its designation) and all devices on the old regular connection can now no longer receive signal. I'm already paying through the nose for increasingly inferior service so I am looking to jump ship asap. The only problem is getting through to a human at Virgin (I assume none are left?) is more or less impossible. These chatbots on the phone are appalling enough but Virgin's one picks up breathing and loops back on itself. I've repeatedly said I want to cancel to which it then says "Ah, you're looking to get bargain offers on your internet service?", hmm I wonder why... Emails have been sent, not that they ever get a response and anytime I ring the number it proceeds to scream about how there are ongoing engineering works in my area, so service will obviously be poor. There are none, I checked Virgin's own tracker just to be sure :) So can someone provide me with a line that will take me right to a human at Virgin, who I can tell to cancel this. We're currently massively out of contract so I want to get out now.82Views0likes5Comments
