Upgrade still now showing 13 days in!
Hello. I have upgraded to add a O2 sim onto my broadband to get volt so that I can order some wifi pods as I’m getting really poor connection upstairs in our main bedroom. I placed the order online on the 29th and received the confirmation but nothing is showing on my account at all and the bb hasn’t been upgraded and no sim had appeared. should I still be waiting 13 days later? On the email it states Estimated activation date: 7-10 working days Estimated O2 activation date: 7-10 working daysVolt scam
I have both Virgin Media broadband and an O2 SIM on pay monthly, today I wasted 2 hours of my time speaking to the script reading hustlers at virgin media through their WhatsApp. According to the website I am eligible for a free speed boost on my broadband and also double data on my SIM, however the snake oil salespeople at Virgin Media will not apply my volt benefits without committing to a new contract and a price hike. So called deals are also time limited as 45 min after being offered something they backtrack and offer something worse. Can someone help with this?
