I keep being redirected to online chat when I want to change my internet broadband package online
Hi, I was planning to upgrade my fibre broadband internet package. When i clicked on this, the only option I have is to chat online with VM. When I chat with the bot,the bot at the end redirects me to the upgrade page on VM website, however, this page redirects me again to online chat. I am literally unable to change my package online.
