New contract problem not showing
Hi, I have signed up for a new contract back in June before my old one finished in July. The problem I have is that I have been billed £93.73 (old part rolling contract) for July, when my new contract is for £75 per month. I have rung up retentions up twice with first time the problem was an open work order that I didn't need, I was reassured it was fixed, but my virgin media still shows the old billed amount of £93 😞 Rung again and was told it would take a few days to clear at my end, but I still am seeing the old bill amount. My fear is that I am going to be charged £93 and next month it will go up to a whooping £117.30 rolling contract if nothing is done 😞 Thanks for your help in advance, Best Mark515Views0likes1CommentEstimated Activation Date passed a few days ago
I upgraded to a new contract a week ago. I received the pre-contract documents and an order confirmation email. The estimated activation date in the order confirmation email was 02 April 24. Now it's 05 April 24 and still have not been upgraded and I'm still being billed the old price. Please send me a PM.445Views0likes1Comment
