Important documents sent to old email address
A few months ago I updated my email address on my account as I was no longer using the old email address. While most emails including bills are sent to this new email, my new contract details were sent to the old email which lead to confusion as I was no longer checking that account. Recently, this old email address was compromised so I am planning on deleting it but I need to make sure I am receiving all of my emails on the new email address first. How can I update my contact details so all of my emails from Virgin Media go to the new address as I cannot find the old address in any of my account details? Thanks very much50Views0likes1Comment
