Switch date changed
I ordered a VM fibre broadband package early September with an installation date of 10th December (that was the earliest available). I assumed it was because VM would have to inspect it my existing line (it's fibre already) was sufficient and a backlog of orders. I got an email on the 8th October from my current provider that VM had changed my switch date to 26th October. When I look at my VM order it still says the December date. I've not received any equipment or other emails from VM since I placed the order. Should I be concerned that I'm going to be left without internet? What should I do?
