Damage caused to my hole when moved in to get faster broadband
So got the virgin media installed when I bought the house drill was used externally to go thorouh wall and was never sealed correctly ezternally and possibly internally i live in a vey old.house. Made a compliant months ago been ongoing since maybe march 2024 had a great guy who attempted to cover the external box but it didnt work for long. Another guy come out polish I think he did a great job however took photos again like last guy did ......and its been ongoing complaint as my internall wall.is soaked so virgin have agreed to fix and booked in finally with some builders buy they arw in scotland im just worried if it goes wrong will this be covered on my home insurance or by virgin media.. I have a 2 year old daughter rand the damp walls cant be doing us amy good now it's bad weather. The box externally to where the wall is damp Internally externally has 2 engineeres visit to say it wasn't sealed the polish guy did the job that lasted best see orange seal
