Virgin box tv not working
Ever since I called customer service on 31/07 my virgin tv box has not been working properly, literally got off the phone & box stopped working. I asked them to resend my remote for my 360 upgrade as it was delivered to someone else. Now my virgin box won't record, can't get on demand or catch up. Anyone have any idea what to do?
