Virgin Media O2 ID without 2FA or 2nd EMail address
We have had absolute nightmares with our customers contacting us to help with registering for Virgin Media O2 ID. What a shambles and why are we having to do your job? But aside from that we have a customer who is severely sight impaired so does not have a mobile phone. Her only email address is the Virgin one so how are you dealing with disabled customers as this doesn't even get close? This is a leagl requirement.149Views0likes3Comments
