Recovering Email Account
Hey, I am trying to recover the email address used for my account in order to link to a new VM O2 ID, and when I go via the recovery process entering in the account number, area code, and last name on the account, I get presented with "The email address on your Virgin Media O2 online account is: [object Object]". A cropped screenshot is below for reference. Is there any way to recover the email account, and link to an ID currently?
