I can't remember the password, I don't receive the password link. I'm then told no user data found with the details provided ie his name, date of birth & account number. Without access to the account the email address cannot be changed. Some will, some wont As the wife of the account holder I pay the bill via my mobile phone, linked to a/c. I set the Memorable word, me not a technophobic spouse who also hates phones. Why is it so hit & miss that VM will talk to me? All I wanted to do was set up the app using my email since he doesn't have one. Can they do this? Of course they can't. Time to shift provider.
