So this split the SSIDs. Re: 2.4g and 5g pod issue On my phone. Previously it should the two WiFi bands. Now just shows 2g. Same as on other things like the TV. But when we run test signal on the TV it says connected to 2g but the frequency is 5g. Re: 2.4g and 5g pod issue Thank you. We never changed anything. I will think about doing a factory reset on the hub as I can't remember the password and I believe that's the only way to access it and check. However 100% sure SSIDs passwords are all the same . Re: 2.4g and 5g pod issue Thank you. No, we never touched anything. Both were showing before plugging in the pod. Definitely on shows 2g being available but when you look at the details on it says connected to 5g bandwidth. Re: 2.4g and 5g pod issue Thank you. We're not sure what we prefer as it seems all our devices are in 5g, albeit it shows 2g. The five doesn't have the same reach as 2. Re: 2.4g and 5g pod issue Thank you 2.4g and 5g pod issue Hi, I wonder if someone can help with this. I plugged in my pod this morning, and for some reason it now only shows 2g as an option when I look at my internet choices. Previously it showed both the 2g and 5g. However, when I click on 2g where you get information like download speed etc, it says 5ghz. Does that mean they are merged? Thanking in advance Solved
