I have run the online checks, restarted my hub multiple times, been on online chat (resetting another couple of times), and told to phone Virgin Media to investigate further. Having called, and been on hold for around 30 minutes waiting to speak to someone, my call was disconnected by Virgin Media…..this happened twice, so an hour wasted so far, and 3 hours in total trying to get the issue resolved.
