Cannot find credit agreement number etc
My sim has transferred to o2 and I would like to upgrade my device. I am trying to find out the outstanding balance for the handset loan taken out with virgin mobile before I can proceed, however I cannot find the credit agreement number or security key anywhere and no longer have the emails containing this information.
