They've have agreed to terminate my contract without the exit fee. Ringing me back at 2 to sort it out as I was at work. Last 2 just came back as closed with no information actually on the email. 1 before that the chat advisor just closed it and opened a new one as I was talking to them about it Reached out to the twitter/x feed as you can see above who have said the tickets been closed and that because the forum team are " helping " i need to pursue with them??? Essentially because the tickets closed another engineer now has to come out and confirm the fault. Monday evening for that.
