Hello I have the same problem too, engineer calls ,all new kit checked, working ok ,next day error code, reboot back on ,next day gone again ,only happened in the last months, all ok for years before that, I don,t see why Virgin should charge you for an I pod for £8 month extra, to have a decent connection, which you are already paying for in the first place. Hello. TNT sports was added overnight to my package. They sent me an e mail confirming it, which I did not do.so phoned up and had it taken off. Then they charged me pro rates. Surely this is illegally practice. I have complained twice now, and still, they insist to charge me. I might have to go to the ombudsman, to get justice. We have never had TNT sports in 15 years, and certainly never subscribed to it. I suspect it has come remotely from their end. Very frustrating to say the least.432Views0likes3Comments
