Hello, It seems like the 360 upgrade will update within 5 days regardless. To avoid losing your recordings: Contact Virgin Media: Ask if they can stop or delay the update. Backup Recordings: List your important recordings and see if they are available on catch-up, on-demand, or YouTube.
