Like everyone, there is no link or button in the app to order a wifi pod based on a test result below 30Mbps. Appalling customer service. I have two blackspots, one in my back room which is v. poor (6Mbps) and and the other in my kitchen which poor (16Mbps). To test, I am using a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra using which is connecting using Wi-fi 6 VM Support - Please assist!
