Their prices all sound OK at first but I think that they charge quite a lot for little add ons. For example I think that their new price to have HD is £10 a month and their prices have also just gone up. At the moment I have Sky Q with UHD, no movies or sport and the price has gone up to £51.50 a month. I used to also get my broadband from them but the max speed I could get was only 20MB/s as there is no fibre where I am and Virgin have just installed their cable. I am on the M250 package at the moment and am paying £29.50 a month with an 18 month contract which I also have with Sky. Re: Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 I have finally managed to get everything up and running. I did the installation as was suggested but first I completely reset and rebooted my Eero and this made all the difference as it set up easily after that. It was I realised in bridge mode and when it was reset it went back to automatic. I had a Sky hub before and it has to be in bridge mode for it to work but I switched to Virgin as the speeds I was getting with sky were only 20 MB/s, no fibre where I live and Virgin have only just installed there cable which is obviously a lot faster. Thanks for all the help. Re: Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 OK will do that. Thanks for the help Re: Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 No, I am using port 1 Re: Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 I have tried what was suggested but made no progress whatsoever. There is no internet access to the Eero. The other thing was that I tried connecting my SkyQ box instead of the Eero to the hub 3 and there was no connection to that either in modem mode. I know that they say that the light on the hub 3 in modem mode should be magenta but it looks red to me. Any more suggestions would be helpful. Re: Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 Thanks, I’ll give that a try and just hope that it works Trouble with Eero mesh and hub 3 I have tried just about everything to set up my Eero mesh with my hub 3 but cannot get an internet connection. When I first set up the Eero and connect it to the rear of the hub 3 with the Ethernet cable provided it connects to the internet OK but as soon as I turn the Virgin hub 3 to modem mode I lose all connection and everything that I have tried up to now hasn’t made any difference. I previously had the Eero set up with a Sky hub and had no problems so I would be grateful for any help as this has me tearing my hair out not that I have any to tear out. Solved
