Red light on hub
My virgin media hub has had a red light constantly on for over 6 months. I called the help desk a few weeks back who advised there was nothing they could do as we still had internet. Although we do have internet it is very temperamental and is constantly requiring restarts of the hub. I have tried every tech answer possible and the red light does not go.
