Yes they are an absolute unbelievable waste of time. I'm still being hounded by debt collectors a year after I left them. They refused to cancel my contract via Whatsapp despite an assistant initially saying he would. Whilst still in conversation with them, I got phone calls trying to upsell me more expensive packages. I cancelled via writing too just be to be sure. Even until quite recently I was getting messages "good news Virgin will take you back". lol.1.4KViews1like2Comments
