Cable move to new address
Hi, I have recently l moved house and would like to use my ground floor cable access point for the router but the cable which needs to be replaced by the new one has rusted over as it’s old (Telewest Broadband). Can I arrange on this forum for an engineer to replace the box with the cable on it so that the VM router can attach there? i can’t seem to find an option on your website for arranging a visit.
