Hi, thanks for your reply. I am no longer a virgin broadband customer, I cancelled the account in 2022 and the email address was supposed to be cancelled 90 days after but it is still active but I have no account to log into to cancel it. hopefully someone from virgin will be in touch soon to help me.3.5KViews0likes3CommentsDeleting an old ntlworld email account
Hello, please can someone help me delete my old ntlworld email account. Virgin can’t do it because the account is no longer active but the email has been hacked and I’ve got no way of getting into the account to change the password. Thanks4KViews0likes13Comments
