The suffix on my Ntlworld smtp & imap are also showing virgin media. You say that changing the suffix to ntlworld has restored your historic emails, but the virgin media accounts have not returned. Does this mean that you cannot send or receive emails now? Or can you still use your email if you change it back to virgin media again? I’m getting frustrated with it all!

This is a standard answer that I have seen several times on here regarding this issue. It does not answer my question! Does virgin media have a timeframe for this issue to be sorted?

I still have no historical emails! Please can you update as to when these will be available, as I have tickets for various events & holiday bookings saved on email.
