I lost the capability to send or receive emails for over a week. Is there an email address that I can use to send VM an email claiming compensation or at the least forgo some of my monthly cost due to the service I pay for not being provided. Virgin your an embarrassment Re: Loss of Email - F010762348 Hi…I’ve been without emails since last Monday although I can now send and receive but all my past emails have gone and more importantly all my folders have disappeared. When I try to create a new account a message comes up saying “no password has been entered” I rang last Thursday and could make head or tails what the chap was saying to me. I’m no expect on IT but they expect you to be. I need my folders back ASAP as contains stuff I urgently need. Absolutely fed up to the back teeth with this situation.
